Gas Fire
This company were quite helpful with my telephone queries regarding our gas fire. The assistant was polite, friendly and dealt with my questions himself without the need to refer me to an automatic menu or on to other staff. The assistant had no trouble waiting on hold whilst other visitors at my end were dealt with during the call. He then gave me further advice on how to manage the appliance. The question was answered to my satisfaction and the instructions were clear and complete. A very good service.
