Friendly , Non-agressive atmosphere

This club has a non-contact sparring policy. The students don`t hit each other "full contact" as in some other martial arts clubs - they stop the punch and kicks before making contact. It still looks " real" but you don`t go home with bruises or broken ribs. The instructor , according to their website, is very qualified.
