All Bar One

As a regular customer , this local used to be a great place with excellent service and food. A real haven in Sutton. Unfortunately in the past few months (?under new management) both food & service have sharply declined to an average to poor status. You are told by a chalkboard propped on the bar to take a seat as there is waiter service for food and drink but if you do what the sign says you can wait for an eternity before a member of staff even looks at you as they breeze on past, let alone take your order. When you do eventually place your order you again can be in for a long wait before anything arrives. Such a shame as this used to be a fantastic place to go but the lack of good management of the staff is evident with the manager himself standing around and chatting to other staff without feeling the need to attend to customer needs first. This culminated in me walking out for the first time in 4 years of going as we were ignored yet again for 15 mins by staff! I wish sincerely All Bar One gets their act together again - perhaps new manager?!!
