Ordering and plant quality
Evergreen has consistently let me down with orders despite giving ample time for my order to be processed. The first one they lost, and when I arrived to collect the order (that I had confirmed the day before) there was no sign of it. The second time the quality of plants set aside for me was appalling and I had to replace half. This is my third and last attempt, and they have ordered Lleyllandii instead of Cupressus. No genuine apology or attempt to fix this, and I will not use them again.
