  I have been training at SMAA for 5 months now and enjoy it it every time i go. My fitness has dramatically improved and i am working my way up the belts with ever improving flexibility and fighting skills.Continuously encouraged by Angela who is a fantastic trainer who puts every ounce of energy she has into us as students and the academy as a whole. ....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ;-)

  my son has been going for 7 months now and he has learnt some great skills in martial arts, gained confidence and has shown great ability to listen and follow instructions. Angela cares about the children and has gained respect from all them, she gets to know everyone in her class and works with the parents to achieve through martial arts. fantastic class, my sons loves going every week.

  My daughter has been going since May.in short time i have notice a difference,more confident and she listens.When i see the smile on her face when class has finished.That says it all. lorenza has 3 year old twin siblins .turn 4 end august and there names are down.

  My son Reuben has attended classes for 9 months. Every Saturday he can't wait to go to class. As well as the physical martial arts skills, it has been amazing for his self confidence and self discipline. Its incredible to watch the transformation that the new kids go through week on week as they progress. I cannot recommend this group enough. Your child will love it.

  my son started lil dragons in April an his confidence has grown an most importantly his discipline and listening is coming on which was my main reason for joining him. The class not only teaches the skills to move onwards an upwards through belts but also essential life skills ie health, safety, first aid. I have recommended the group already and a friend has joint her son too. Angela is a great teacher - firm but fair
