Pioneer Computers was founded in 1996. Based on the outskirts of South London in Surrey, the company has expanded considerably so as to now support over 100 long term satisfied companies, many of whom have been with us for over 10 years. Our customers range from a two man business in one site to 100 users over six sites, their businesses extending over most industrial segments. One of our strengths with smaller companies is introducing servers to existing peer to peer networks so as to provide a more stable and reliable system, with the additional functionality and benefits that a server can be utilised for.

Back up Service: We offer an off-site backup service using FTP over the internet.
Computers, Components and Upgrades: We are able to supply PCs and laptops on a next day basis, and we generally hold stock of most components required to repair PC's and servers.
Software: As Microsoft partners, we are able to supply and support all Microsoft software, together with many other software products.
Consultancy: We are always happy to sit down and discuss your present and future requirements and advise and recommend options.
Licenced Resellers: We are licenced resellers for Microsoft Office Packages. Call in for further details.
Our support cover is designed to provide a single point of contact for any IT related problems. Telephone support provides a first line of contact to try and resolve an issue immediately but should it be required, an engineer can be called out to site for any server or network infrastructure problems.
In order to maintain our prices, we avoid going on-site to repair PC faults. We would generally expect customers to have a spare PC available, which would simply need to be plugged in to allow the user to continue working. The faulty PC would then be sent back to us, and we would quote a fixed price repair cost for it.
Pioneer Computers Ltd offers several methods of support, depending on your location and the problem.
Phone: This is the most standard method of support used by the company for minor every day issues. We are available 5 days a week from 9-7 pm.
Remote: Using software such as Team Viewer, we are able to connect to your PC from our work base and repair any difficulties from there. This technique allows the problem to be solved without the hassle of physically moving hardware and distance is not an issue.
Drop off/Delivery: This is usually resorted to when there is a hardware problem or the PC can not be connected to externally.
Our contracts are simple to understand and do not have a lock in period, they are based on a monthly rolling payments, and all we ask for is 14 days notice.
Printers are not included on our contracts, as we believe these should be left to the specialists. We are happy to recommend a specialist printer repair company.
