I visited Sapna two weeks ago for a waxing for my first time in this place. I didnt have to wait. The lady working that day was professional . I was very pleased with the service altought I find the price a bit too high for a 10 or 15 minutes job but in any case, I am happy to recommend her.

I didn't even want to mark this with a star, as I would quite simply deter anyone from going to this salon, but had no choice. Here's why: Saturday afternoon and unfortunately my "regular" salon is fully booked, so I thought I would try out Sapna in Morden. Having walked past it on many occasion, and it been around for a couple of years now, I thought all would be fine, so I booked in for my bikini wax. When calling I specifically asked the lady if they offer hot wax treatments, as I am not keen on strips - she replied positively 'yes'.... On arrival I was told to wait, all seemed fine, but oh how wrong I could have been! 5 mins into the treatment it was evident that this lady did not have a clue what she was doing and I was already feeling rather wounded. On appearance the wax that she was using didn't resemble the usual hot wax that I have had many times before, so I asked what she was using and she replied reassuring me that it was the same. A couple of minutes later and I had to tell her to stop.... to which she then replied telling me that it would be better for me to go with strip waxing, simply because my hair is too short... Okay - so as much as I hate waxing strips, I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt and let her progress.... 20 minutes later and I simply had to say enough is enough. The injuries I have sustained from this wax are unbearable - sore to say the least, so much so that I could only have half the job done and had to come home and resort to removal cream for the rest of the job. To add insult to the injury she then told me I owed her £30, to which I replied telling her that I wasn't willing to pay it, which she quibbled that I owed her the money for tinting my eyebrows (another story and complaint that I don't have time to write on...let's just say I have 2 slugs over my eyes!)... I put the money on the side and left, walking out almost in tears at the horror she had just put me through. Since I have decided that I am going back to ask for a refund, but in the meantime thought I would post this for anyone looking for a waxing salon, quite simply... AVOID SAPNA in Morden!
